I’m a woman from Lansing MI United States, born in 1978.

My goals are: I want to be able to run a 10K by August when my hometown has its annual Harborun. From there I would like to choose a half marathon to train for.

My favorite sports include: running cycling swimming walking hiking

My other favorite activities include: Volleyball, tennis.
