			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I feel like my life lacks adventure at times.  Today I decided to throw my nightly routine to the wind and check out a free yoga class.  This is something that I have been meaning to try for what seems like forever.  What has kept me from doing it until now?  Perhaps the fear of trying something new or the possibility of looking silly in strange poses.  Whatever it was, I have gotten over the hump that had been holding me back.  In doing so, I have found something else that I believe I will come to love and opened a new door to making friends.

<p>I&#8217;m a woman from Lansing MI United States, born in 1978.
<p>My goals are: I want to be able to run a 10K by August when my hometown has its annual Harborun.  From there I would like to choose a half marathon to train for.</p>
<p>My favorite sports include: running cycling swimming walking hiking </p>
<p>My other favorite activities include: Volleyball, tennis.</p>
